MOTHER

Rosie (aka Rosie Posie) is our loyal, yet independent, water of the farm. Rosie is an extremely devoted and loving member of the family. She takes pride in her “pack” and often referred to as the eyes of the farm – keeping dutiful watch over her family.

Rosie and Alfie are certified with full health clearances with the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) in Dachshund testing for: -

Rosie and Alfie joined the Staghorn Dogs family from two renowned Canadian CKC registered Miniature Dachshund breeders. It was their exemplary breeding history and support, that sealed the decision to purchase our own male and female Miniature Dachshunds respectively, for Staghorn Dogs own Miniature Dachshund breeding programme.

Rosie and Alfie parented their first litter of 7 beautiful pups in February, 2024.

FATHER

Alfie (aka Alfie Romeo) is our Prince Charming. Cool, calm and ever so handsome, Alfie has won over many hearts since joining Staghorn Dogs. His personality is chilled with just the right amount of cheek to keep you entertained. He is the ultimate cuddle monster and is sure to remind you when it’s been too long since his last snuggle.

After recently becoming the father to our February 2024 litter, Alfie is already looking forward to siring his next litter at the similar time next year.
